Influential New York pop artist and activist Keith Haring is the subject of the Museum of Pop Culture’s latest exhibit, Keith Haring: A Radiant Legacy.

Opening to the public on Oct. 10 and remaining at the museum through March 23, the traveling exhibit will showcase more than 240 artworks and objects by the late icon. Haring’s vibrantly colored, bold-line-heavy, one-of-a-kind style — typically showcasing groups of homogenous figures lost in dance and other exuberant forms of self-expression and thematically imbued with social issues from civil rights and children’s welfare to nuclear de-escalation and HIV/AIDS — is likely recognizable even to those who don’t know him by name.
